Fairbrass Park is a Charolais & Shorthorn stud based in Western Australia within the Boyup Brook shire on a 52 hectare property owned and operated by Mat Fairbrass & Aimee Court.

In 2008, the first purchase of 2 Charolais heifers from Elgin Park Charolais was the start to Fairbrass Park followed by genetics from Blaweary Charolais and Venturon Charolais. In 2012, saw the purchase of the top price heifer at the 2012 Whittlesea Southern Charolais Breeders sale, Blaweary Fire Fly for $9,000.

2015 saw Fairbrass Park branch out into Shorthorns with the purchase of 3 Shorthorn females at auction from Crathes Park, which continued on with a purchase every year after that.

To date, Fairbrass Park is currently at 33 Charolais and Shorthorn stud breeders, breeding moderate, thick set, easy doing, structurally correct cattle to suit current markets.
